Policies and Information


Reservations for Bella Vista can be made by calling 440-460-4646, seven days a week 9 A.M. to 10 P.M., EST.


Bella Vista is individually owned. Our condominium is uniquely furnished and fully equipped. Our spacious 1400 square foot condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony that offers breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Pet/Smoking Policy:

Please – No pets and no smoking in the condo.

Minimum Length of Stay:

7 nights is the minimum stay, from Saturday to Saturday.

Reservation Deposit:

A deposit of $250 per week is required within 10 days of reservation. Deposit accepted by credit card, personal, cashier, or travelers check, or money order.

Cancellation and Deposit Refund:

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, 80% of your deposit will be refunded provided that your written request is received 30 days prior to your arrival date for weekly stays and 60 days prior to your arrival date on monthly stays. If the written cancellation notice is not received within the required time, the advanced deposit will be forfeited.

Security Deposit:

On arrival, guests are asked to provide a VISA, Mastercard, or Discover imprint for a security deposit.

Rental Payment:

Is due upon check-in with the rental office by all forms other than personal check.


Is at 3 P.M. If you anticipate arrival before 3 P.M., please notify our management office in advance. Every effort will be made to prepare your accommodations for an early arrival. However, we do not guarantee availability before 3 P.M.

Upon arrival, guests should inspect the condo for any damage or maintenance requirements and report those items to the front desk immediately.


Check-out time is 10 A.M. Additional charge for late check-out. Arrangements must be made, based on availability, for late check-out.

Key Deposit:

No key deposit is required. There is a $25 (plus tax) charge for each lost key. There is a $50 charge for after-office-hours lockouts.

Housekeeping Service:

One setup of linens and towels is provided at arrival.

Trash Removal:

Trash should be removed from the condo on a daily basis. Trash chutes are located next to the elevator.

Maintenance Service:

Bella Vista provides a full-time maintenance staff. Please report any maintenance needs to the management office. Routine maintenance requests are completed between 9:30 A.M. to 3 P.M. Our after-office-hours emergency phone number is posted next to the management office door.

Pool Rules:

Please abide by the rules posted in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty. Pool hours are 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. All children must be accompanied by an adult. No floats or belly boards are allowed in the pool. All persons, regardless of age, must wear a bathing suit. Children in diapers are not permitted in the pool. Stereos, radios, or televisions are not allowed unless used with earphones. No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area.

Day Guests:

Day guests are permitted to visit. All guests must register in the management office. Improperly parked vehicles will be towed without notice.


Each unit will be provided with 2 parking permits during the length of your stay. All guests and visitors must have a parking permit displayed. Guests and visitors may park in the spaces with a yellow curb only.
